Our mission is to promote, disseminate, and facilitate research in Huntington disease by producing informative content that will be valuable to the global community of HD researchers in academia and industry. To fulfill this mission, we have had the help of a distinguished editorial board, many outstanding writers, and a first-rate production team. Our editorial board hails from four continents and includes representatives from academia, industry, and the HD community. Our writers are some of the rising stars in HD research and our dedicated production team members have used their diverse talents to ensure a successful electronic launch of HD Insights.
The Huntington Study Group helped develop the idea for HD Insights to engage researchers and industry in HD and to inform researchers of advances occurring outside of the area of expertise. Lundbeck, through a generous unrestricted educational grant, helped launch this effort.

The entirety of the periodical’s content, biographies of our board members, and all of our disclosures are available online at www.hdinsights.org. If you have an idea for a feature that you would like to see in HD Insights or would like to write for our periodical, please contact me. We are always looking to highlight new developments, ideas, illustrative photos, or innovations in the field and can even offer a modest honorarium for content. Additionally, we welcome the support of organizations interested in sponsoring HD Insights to promote awareness of their company’s support of HD research while also facilitating the realization of our periodical’s mission. Finally, we welcome any feedback or suggestions from our readers regarding this new endeavor.
